As a Coach for Startup Businesses and Nonprofits, I ask evocative questions that stimulate your own internal creative processes that equip you for the challenging and rewarding alchemy of bringing your idealism and dreams into a pragmatic reality.
I also play backstop, cheerlead when appropriate, give truthful feedback as I see it and even teach at times when asked. I also respect that this is your creation and stay in my lane. Mistakes are important to growth and development, so I allow room for this natural unfolding. Success is also important to growth and development, so I will encourage you to develop a plan, set goals and take action steps to achieve them AND celebrate with you as you experience victories large and small.
