Wellness and Resiliency are essential to individual and corporate sustainability over the long term. This can be in conflict with the very real competitive and financial dynamics of the marketplace. Into this potential conflict we will travel together where I can serve as your confidante, thought partner, ventilator, truth teller and more. I do not coach executives to achieve greater efficiencies and productivity, though I recognize these to be important to the organization you lead and may ultimately be an outcome from our work together.
My coaching tools emphasize slowing down and paying attention to the entirety of ones' self and experience at any given moment. Rather than adding things to a probably already too full plate, I use a process of subtraction and simplification.
My end goal in coaching executives and leadership teams is for the workplace to satisfy as much as possible a group's and each individual member's economic, emotional, physical , social and moral-ethical needs and sense of purpose and meaning.
Perfectionism is the enemy of the really good, but there IS such a thing as Excellence. Where is that intersection for you and your organization?
What do you FEEL like when you look at it?
How much time do you REALLY have to devote to and ensure that a good job is being performed on each of these aspects of your organization? What does your heart have to say about the constellation of competing demands that each of these work categories present? You've only got one, so its probably pretty important to listen to it.
Each of these constellating parts can carry a pretty hefty workload on its own. Add them together and it can be overwhelming. If delegation, teamwork and communications are flowing well, sucessfully managing it can be fun (and addictive!). If not, or by adding in a significant stressor to any member of the group, the fun can disintegrate into great distress.
What are the constellating parts of your organization? How do you manage them? Is it working well or not at the moment? What toll is it taking on you, your physical health and the quality of your relationships at home and elsewhere?

I am not the expert on your life, leadership role and organization. You are. So primarily I make space for you and just listen - asking evocative questions from a coaching Presence to facilitate a fruitful conversation.
I also employ a few coaching tools when appropriate that may benefit you and your situation. See adjacent slide.
One tool I use that can be quite funny if you are into it is the Anti-Resume where I invite you to develop a resume that highlights some of the things about you that most employers would NOT want to see you manifest on the job. Don't worry - this is a tool for your benefit and I maintain all confidentiality! This tool can help us relax and lighten some heavy loads that we can end up carrying over the long term in the role of an organizational executive. It can also be quite illuminating for a person who wants to take his or her own pulse again!
